This website is operated by Revolution Softwash, LLC (“Revolution SoftWash,” “we,” “us”). Revolution SoftWash provides soft washing, roof cleaning, exterior cleaning and Valor gutter guard installation in Rhode Island, Southeastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod. This policy explains what information we collect through revolutionsoftwash.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request an estimate or quote through the form on our Site, call us, or email us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, service address, the services you’re interested in, and any details or photos you add.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our Site and the tools we use collect basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, how you got to the Site (for example, the website, ad or email link you clicked, including “UTM” tags in the link), and approximate location based on IP address. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 5).

2. How we use your information

To respond to your request, schedule visits, provide estimates and quotes, perform and invoice our work, and provide customer service and warranty/guarantee support.
To send service messages about your request or job (for example, visit reminders and updates) by phone, text message or email.
To send marketing messages, only if you’ve agreed (see section 3).
To understand how people find and use our Site and which advertising and emails work, so we can improve them.
To protect our Site and business, stop fraud and spam, and comply with the law.

3. Text messages (SMS) and email

Service texts. If you give us your phone number on our request form, you agree to receive visit reminders and other transactional text messages from Revolution SoftWash about your request or service. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.

Marketing texts. Marketing text messages are sent only if you check the separate box agreeing to receive marketing SMS. Agreeing is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP MKT to stop marketing texts (or STOP to stop all texts).

Message details. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Marketing emails. We send marketing emails only if you’ve opted in (for example, by checking the box on our form) or as otherwise permitted by law, such as to existing customers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly.

We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or text-messaging opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. How we share information

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only:
– With service providers who help us run our business, under agreements that limit their use of your information. These include our scheduling, quoting and invoicing platform (Jobber), which hosts our request form; our email service provider; our review-request service; website hosting; and analytics and advertising services (Google).
– With financing partners, only if you ask to apply for financing.
– When required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect our rights, customers or others.
– In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of all or part of our business.

5. Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand Site traffic, and Google Ads tools to measure whether our ads lead to inquiries and to show our ads to people who have visited our Site. Google’s use of this data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com and install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some Site features (like the request form) may not work without them. Our request form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

6. How long we keep information

We keep customer and job records for as long as needed to provide our services, honor guarantees and warranties (for example, our roof cleaning guarantee and Valor’s warranty), and meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. Then we delete or de-identify them.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

Texts: reply STOP (all texts) or STOP MKT (marketing texts).
Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Access, correction or deletion: contact us using the details below and we’ll respond as required by applicable law.

9. Children

Our Site and services are meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Links to other sites

Our Site links to other sites (for example, social media and review sites). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
