These Terms of Use govern your use of revolutionsoftwash.com (the “Site”), operated by Revolution Softwash, LLC (“Revolution SoftWash,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

1. Information on the Site

We try to keep the Site accurate and current, but service descriptions, photos and other content are for general information. Results vary with each property’s conditions. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer or price quote. Prices, scope and terms for any job are set only in your written estimate or contract.

2. Estimates and service requests

Submitting a request through the Site does not create a contract or guarantee a service date. We’ll contact you to discuss your request. Any work is governed by the written estimate, contract or invoice for that job, including any guarantee or warranty terms stated there.

3. Guarantees, warranties and financing

All of our asphalt shingle roof cleanings carry a 5-year guarantee, subject to the terms provided with your estimate or invoice. Valor gutter guard warranties are provided by the manufacturer and apply as described in Valor’s warranty documents. Financing is offered for qualified buyers, with approved credit; terms vary and are provided by the financing company.

4. Text messages and email

If you give us your phone number or email, our Privacy Policy explains the messages we send and how to opt out (reply STOP to texts; use the unsubscribe link in emails).

5. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Site: no submitting false information, spam or malicious code; no attempts to disrupt, scrape or gain unauthorized access to the Site or our systems.

6. Intellectual property

The Site’s content, including text, photos, logos and design, belongs to Revolution SoftWash or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Valor and Valor Gutter Guards are trademarks of their owner and are used by Revolution SoftWash as an authorized Valor installer. Other trademarks belong to their owners.

7. Third-party services and links

The Site uses and links to third-party services (for example, our online request form provided by Jobber, review widgets, maps and social media). We aren’t responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties about the Site, express or implied. This doesn’t limit any guarantee or warranty in a written agreement for work we perform, or any rights you have under consumer-protection law that can’t be waived.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revolution SoftWash is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date.
